We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item.


How to request a return

  1. Email us at jperfectcs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Please return the item in the same condition you received it – unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  4. Include your receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.

🚚 Wrong item / damaged product?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect,
please contact us at jperfectcs@gmail.com right away with a photo.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


🚫 Items that cannot be returned

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Hazardous, flammable, or pressurized items

  • Final sale items and gift cards

The fastest way to get the item you want is:

  1. Request a return for the item you have.

  2. Once approved, place a new order separately.


💳 Refund timing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
